Amends Section 17 of Chapter 94G to expand the Cannabis Control Commission's research agenda on marijuana's social, economic, and public health impacts in Massachusetts

Requires tracking of marijuana-related emergency department visits, hospitalizations, psychiatric emergency services, and cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome cases

Mandates testing for THC and THC metabolites (including 11-OH THC) in all suicides, homicide perpetrators, and juveniles entering the justice system

Requires data collection on cannabis-induced psychosis prevalence, cannabis use disorder rates, and school discipline incidents related to marijuana

Expands youth substance use assessments to include questions about marijuana product types, consumption methods, frequency of use, and health effects including psychosis symptoms and mood disorders
