Amends Chapter 145 of the resolves of 1957 to add five individuals to the list of exonerated witchcraft victims: Margaret Jones, Alice Lake, Elizabeth Kendall, Anne Hibbens, and Goody Glover

Removes the limitation to the year 1692, expanding exoneration to cover witchcraft accusations throughout the colonial Massachusetts period

Adds three individuals who were indicted, tried, and found guilty of witchcraft: Hugh Parsons, Eunice Cole, and Elizabeth Morse

Acknowledges others who were accused, arrested, questioned, imprisoned, or tried for witchcraft but not found guilty
