Creates a 7-member Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) study commission within the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security to examine Massachusetts's red flag law

Commission membership includes the Firearms Records Bureau director (chair), Attorney General, appointees from the House Speaker and Senate President with firearm expertise, a Governor appointee, a Gun Owners Action League representative, and a police chief from the MA Chiefs of Police Association

Commission must examine the effectiveness, frequency, and disposition of ERPO cases and produce an annual report by February 28th

Members serve without compensation but receive reimbursement for expenses incurred in performing their duties

Executive Office of Public Safety and Security will adopt operating rules and procedures in consultation with the commission
