Amends the Massachusetts Antitrust Act (Chapter 93) to add definitions for "monopoly power," "monopsony," and "monopsony power," and expands coverage to include real property transactions

Prohibits monopolization, monopsonization, and abuse of dominant market position in business, trade, commerce, labor markets, and services within the commonwealth

Establishes market share thresholds for presumed dominant position: 40% or greater for sellers, 30% or greater for buyers in a relevant market

Creates presumptively illegal restraints for dominant firms, including exclusive dealing arrangements, tying arrangements, worker mobility restrictions, and wage/price restraints on other firms

Increases criminal penalties to fines up to $100,000,000 for corporations and $100,000 or 1 year imprisonment for individuals, and allows recovery of expert witness fees for prevailing plaintiffs
