Prohibits nondisclosure agreements in settlement agreements related to sex offenses, sexual harassment, discrimination based on sex/gender identity/sexual orientation, and retaliation for reporting such incidents in the workplace

Allows victims to request confidentiality provisions shielding their own identity and identifying facts, but victims retain the right to disclose this information themselves

Declares prohibited NDA provisions void as a matter of law; protects victims who signed pre-existing NDAs from losing settlement payments if they disclose information that would be prohibited under this act

Prohibits use of public funds to settle covered claims against public employees

Subjects attorneys who demand prohibited NDA provisions or advise clients to sign them to potential professional discipline by the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers; awards attorney's fees to prevailing claimants and those who face enforcement of void provisions
