Employers receiving economic development incentives from government entities must register with and participate in E-Verify, with noncompliance requiring full repayment of incentive funds within 30 days

Attorney general must maintain a public database of violating employers, publish quarterly lists of E-Verify registered employers, and develop a statewide random auditing program for compliance
