Amends Chapter 151B of Massachusetts General Laws to define "public interest organization" as any non-profit organized to combat discrimination, safeguard civil rights, or promote interests under the anti-discrimination chapter

Grants public interest organizations legal standing to file complaints with the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) if unlawful practices impair their purpose or activities

Allows public interest organizations to be considered "aggrieved" and file civil actions if discriminatory practices were directed at the organization, its agents, or employees

Permits organizational standing where the public interest organization has sufficient nexus to the interests of persons harmed by alleged unlawful discrimination practices
