Creates a program allowing military medical personnel (Army medics, Air Force medical technicians, Navy corpsmen, Coast Guard health services technicians) to practice medicine under physician supervision in Massachusetts

Eligible participants include active-duty transitioning service members, veterans discharged within 1 year of application, and National Guard or Reserve members with non-dishonorable discharge status

Department of Veterans' Services, Department of Public Health, and Bureau of Health Professions Licensure will jointly establish and administer the program

Licensed physicians, physician professional corporations, hospitals, and clinics may apply to become certified participating facilities

Supervising physicians retain responsibility for patient care, and delegated acts must reflect the military medical personnel's training level and fall within the physician's scope of adequate supervision
