Amends the definition of "office-based surgical center" in Section 51N of Chapter 111, which was established by Chapter 343 of the Acts of 2024

Defines office-based surgical centers as offices or facilities operated by practitioners for the purpose of providing office-based surgical services, whether for-profit or not-for-profit

Excludes from the definition: hospitals licensed under state or federal law, licensed ambulatory surgical centers, and surgical centers operating under section 12M of chapter 112

Adds a new exemption for dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery practices by individuals licensed by the Board of Registration in Dentistry
