Public stadiums, sports centers, gymnasiums, and other athletic facilities must have at least 1 automated external defibrillator (AED) on premises during sporting events

At least 1 employee or authorized volunteer trained in CPR and AED use (per American Heart Association or Red Cross standards) must be present during any sporting activity

If no trained staff or volunteer is available, facility operators must make best efforts to identify trained volunteers among attendees, including through public announcements

Placards with maps showing AED locations must be installed at every facility entryway

Amends Chapter 93 of Massachusetts General Laws by adding Section 87A and defining "facility" in Section 78
