Mandates annual reporting on racial and ethnic disparities in morbidity and mortality rates for Alzheimer's disease and related dementias through the Office of Health Equity

Requires inclusion of Caregiver and Cognitive Decline modules in the annual Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) survey on a rotating basis to collect prevalence data

Directs biannual assessment of dementia-related training requirements for healthcare and long-term care professionals, with recommendations to relevant licensing boards
