Compounded drugs labeled "office use only" must be administered in the healthcare office and cannot be dispensed to patients to take home

Violations subject retail pharmacies to disciplinary action by the Board of Registration in Pharmacy, including fines, suspension, or license revocation

The Board of Registration in Pharmacy is authorized to enforce the act and promulgate implementing regulations
