Department must establish and publish complaint procedures on the Office of Emergency Services website for investigating complaints against certified, licensed, or designated EMS personnel

Creates an 8-member Emergency Medical Services Peer Licensure Advisory Committee with representatives from firefighter, ambulance, and paramedic organizations to advise on complaint resolution and disciplinary actions, meeting at least twice annually

Requires the department to study and report on potential permanent funding sources for the Office of Emergency Medical Services, regional councils, and central medical emergency direction centers by December 1, 2025

State EMS plan must include guidelines for clear and streamlined communication between regional councils and the department
