Prohibits the sale or provision of competitive foods and non-sweetened carbonated water containing seven synthetic food dyes (Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3, Red 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, Yellow 6) at Massachusetts public schools, effective December 31, 2028

Restriction applies from midnight until 30 minutes after the end of the school day on school grounds

Exempts sales occurring off school premises, on school premises at least 30 minutes after the school day ends, or at booster sales, concession stands, and school-sponsored fundraisers and events

Amends Section 223 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws by adding new subsections (h) and (i)
