Office of Health Equity must develop training plans and cultural competence guidelines for state agencies on collecting SOGI demographic information, and distribute guidance to education and transportation departments

Secretary of Education and Department of Higher Education must collect voluntary SOGI data from public school districts and higher education students to identify and reduce disparities

Annual reports compiling aggregate, de-identified SOGI data and resulting program modifications must be submitted to the Office of Health Equity and Legislature by December 31 each year

Health and Human Services provisions take effect 1 year after enactment; education-related provisions take effect 18 months after enactment
