Excludes testosterone from the list of drugs monitored in Massachusetts' prescription drug monitoring system by amending Section 24A of Chapter 94C of the General Laws

Requires the Department of Public Health to delete all existing data on testosterone prescribing and dispensing from the monitoring system immediately upon passage
