Requires practitioners to provide clients with written disclosure of their name, business contact information, description of services, qualifications, and a confidentiality statement before first treatment

Practitioners must obtain written client acknowledgment of receiving disclosure information and maintain these records for 2 years

Prohibits unlicensed practitioners from performing surgery, skin-puncturing procedures, using radiation or anesthesia, prescribing drugs or controlled substances, providing medical diagnoses, performing chiropractic adjustments, or claiming to practice massage therapy

Does not affect licensed, certified, or registered health care professionals practicing within their existing legal scope
