Secretary of Health and Human Services must convene a working group to study and recommend how to establish an acute care hospital in Norwood, restoring services that existed prior to June 28, 2020 under Steward Health Care

Working group membership includes the DPH Commissioner, state Representative from 12th Norfolk, state Senator from Norfolk and Suffolk district, U.S. Representative from 8th Congressional district, Massachusetts Nurses Association, Professional Firefighters of Massachusetts, Norwood fire and police chiefs, and Norwood Select Board chair

Working group must solicit input from stakeholders and experts in construction, hospital operation, and public health

First meeting required within 30 days of the act's passage, with a final report due within 120 days to legislative clerks, Joint Committee on Public Health, and Joint Committee on Ways and Means
