Establishes an endometriosis task force within the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, chaired by the EOHHS secretary or designee

Task force membership includes 11 members: commissioners from public health, insurance, and Medicaid, plus 7 appointed members representing medical societies, health plans, insurers, a patient with endometriosis, a pharmaceutical company, and an advocacy organization

Requires the task force to develop and annually update summaries of advances in endometriosis research, treatment, diagnosis, and access to care

Mandates creation of a comprehensive strategic plan to improve health outcomes, including recommendations for advancing research, improving public awareness, enhancing healthcare delivery, and promoting early diagnosis

Annual report with recommendations due to the governor and legislature by December 31 each year
