Establishes a 5-site pilot program for nonprofit therapeutic psilocybin treatment centers in western Massachusetts, central Massachusetts, North Shore, South Shore, and Metro Boston areas

Requires centers to be operated by medical professionals, psychiatrists, psychologists, or therapists with psilocybin training, and must obtain local board of health approval before applying for state licensure

Department of Public Health must respond to license applications within 45 days and promulgate regulations within 1 year, with guidance from an advisory board including medical professionals, veterans, and psilocybin researchers

Provides legal protections for participants, staff, property owners, and operating entities from criminal prosecution, civil penalties, professional licensing discipline, and asset seizure related to licensed center activities

Mandates reporting to the legislature beginning 18 months after implementation, including data on participant visits, mental health referrals, financial reports, and adverse events
