Revenue from category 1 casino licensees (property taxes and payments in lieu of taxes from host community agreements) must be distributed equally among all wards or precincts in the host municipality

Funds must be spent on three specific purposes: public safety facilities and personnel, economic development projects, or infrastructure improvements within each ward or precinct

Amends Chapter 23K of the General Laws by adding Section 72 to establish these distribution requirements

Mayors must annually present a specific line item appropriation to the City Council for each ward detailing how these casino revenues will be allocated
