Establishes a 21-member Massachusetts-Poland Trade Commission within the International Trade Office to promote economic interests and strengthen relations between Massachusetts and Poland

Commission responsibilities include advancing bilateral trade and investments, promoting business and academic exchanges, furthering infrastructure investments, and creating economic and educational opportunities

Membership includes 6 House members, 6 Senate members, and 6 gubernatorial appointees (including the Polish consul general to New England, Secretary of the Commonwealth, Secretary of Economic Development, 3 higher education representatives, and 3 representatives from Polish American organizations)

Members serve without compensation but receive expense reimbursement and are classified as special state employees under ethics law

Annual report with findings and legislative recommendations due to the governor and legislative leaders by August 31st each year
