Authorizes transfer of approximately 430 acres of Lampson Brook Farm in Belchertown at no cost to two nonprofit organizations: the Nipmuc Indian Development Corporation (NIDC) and the New England Small Farm Institute (NESFI)

NIDC, owned by the state-recognized Hassanamisco Nipmuc Band, would receive four parcels totaling approximately 414 acres: a 240-acre forest parcel, 120-acre commercial agriculture parcel, 44-acre community farm parcel, and 10-acre enterprise zone parcel

NESFI would receive the 8.4-acre historic Jepson farmstead parcel, subject to historic preservation restrictions, for use as office space, classrooms, meeting rooms, archival storage, and residential purposes

Commonwealth funds may be used to restore the enterprise zone parcel for conversion into Nipmuc farm worker housing

Existing leases on the commercial agriculture and community farm parcels must be honored, with future leases on the community farm parcel required to be no less than 5 years
