Bicyclists must come to a complete stop at stop signs when the intersection has 3 or more lanes of moving traffic or when a motor vehicle is already stopped at the same stop sign

At intersections with 2 or fewer lanes, bicyclists may slow instead of fully stopping, then yield right-of-way to motor vehicles before proceeding through or turning

Bicyclists must always yield to motor vehicles that have already entered an intersection

When a bicycle and motor vehicle enter an intersection from different roadways at the same time, the party on the left must yield to the party on the right

Amends Chapter 85 Section 11B and Chapter 90 Section 14 of the General Laws, building on changes made by Chapter 358 of the Acts of 2022
