Eliminates fares on all MBTA services including bus, rapid transit, light rail, and commuter rail

Eliminates fares on all regional transit authority bus services statewide

Creates a Public Transportation Affordability Fund administered by MassDOT to fund free transit services

Increases the corporate income tax rate from 8.0% to 8.75% for tax years beginning January 1, 2025, with the additional 0.75% deposited into the new fund

Requires MassDOT to file annual reports on fund activity with the governor, legislature, and joint transportation committee
