Massachusetts Aeronautics Division must collect and publicly post all noise complaints made to Beverly Regional Airport (BVY) between April 1 and October 1 each year, with data collected within 14 days of month-end and posted within 20 days

Division must collect "Touch and Go" operation data (number and time of day) from BVY Tower during the same April-October period and post it on the airport's public website in perpetuity

Airport Commission must convene public meetings on noise reports when requested by at least two commissioners, allowing residents to question commissioners and the Airport Manager

Division must provide annual guidance to BVY on developing a "Good Neighbor" or "Fly Neighborly" policy to educate flight schools, pilots, and student pilots about noise impacts on residents within three miles of runways

All badge applicants at BVY must submit written attestation that they have read and will abide by the Good Neighbor Policy; act takes effect January 1, 2027
