Extends terms for certain regional transit authority advisory board members from 1 year to 2 years by amending Chapter 161B, Section 5

Adds a new voting member position representing the Gateway Municipality rider community with a 3-year term

Requires Gateway Municipality representatives to be active riders of the regional transit authority, appointed by the mayor, city manager, town chairman, or town administrator

Prohibits representatives of the disabled community, rider community, and Gateway Municipality rider community from being appointed by the same city or town in the region

Establishes rotating appointments among Gateway Municipalities in regions containing more than one such municipality, with rotation order determined by the board
