Amends Chapter 90, Section 7D to update regulations for motor vehicles carrying up to 8 passengers used for transporting school pupils for hire

Creates different regulatory requirements based on vehicle manufacture date, with vehicles made after 2018 subject to a modified set of safety clauses from Section 7B

Requires vehicles manufactured after 2018 to display a reflective, magnetic rooftop sign marked "School Transportation" that does not need to be permanently affixed

Mandates all such vehicles be equipped with chock blocks, fire extinguisher, three DOT-compliant flares, and seat belts for each seating position

Requires operators and all passengers to wear properly adjusted and fastened safety belts while the vehicle is in use
