Adds "motor vehicle distributor" as a new category (item 10) to the list of occupations eligible for general registration and general registration number plates under Chapter 90, Section 5 of Massachusetts General Laws

Requires applicants for general registration and number plates to hold all necessary federal, state, or local licenses or permits required for their occupation

Mandates that applicants provide truthful and complete information on registration applications in the form prescribed by the registrar
