Amends Chapter 90, Section 33 of Massachusetts General Laws to restructure driver's license reinstatement fees based on the nature of the suspension or revocation

Sets reinstatement fee at $500 for licenses suspended under section 22(a) and most other serious motor vehicle offenses including OUI-related violations

Establishes tiered fees for repeat OUI offenses: $700 for second offense revocations and $1,200 for third and subsequent offense revocations under section 24

Prohibits charging reinstatement fees under these provisions unless the person was actually convicted, placed on probation, pleaded guilty, or admitted to sufficient facts for the underlying offense

Sets a default $100 reinstatement fee for suspensions under any other general or special law not specifically covered by the other fee categories
