Establishes a recall procedure for any elected town official in Monterey, Massachusetts, initiated by 30 registered voters signing an affidavit stating grounds for recall

Requires recall petitions to gather signatures from at least 15% of registered voters within 21 calendar days of receiving blank petition sheets

Recall election must be held between 64 and 90 days after receipt of certified petition, unless another town election occurs within 100 days, in which case the recall may be combined with that election

A simple majority vote is required to recall an official; the candidate receiving the highest number of votes becomes the successor for the remainder of the unexpired term

No recall petition may be filed against an official within the first 6 months of their term or within 6 months of a failed recall election against the same official
