Prohibits the manufacture, sale, and distribution of food products containing potassium bromate (CAS 7758-01-2) or propylparaben (CAS 94-13-3) in Massachusetts, effective January 1, 2027

Bans six synthetic food dyes from foods sold or provided on public school grounds: Blue 1, Blue 2, Green 3, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6, effective December 31, 2028

School food dye restrictions include exceptions for sales off school premises, sales at least 30 minutes after the school day ends, and school-sponsored fundraisers and concession stands

Department of Public Health required to adopt regulations for compliance testing, reporting requirements, and penalties for violations

Exempts food products not intended for Massachusetts commerce and FDA-approved additives used for purposes other than those specified in the bill
