Prohibits physician employment contracts, partnerships, and professional agreements from including terms that bar physicians from providing testimony in administrative or judicial hearings, including medical malpractice cases

Prohibits such contracts from preventing physicians from informing patients about other locations where the physician currently practices or will practice in the future

Applies to all forms of professional relationships with physicians, including employment, affiliation, and hospital privilege agreements

Violations constitute unfair competition and deceptive trade practices under Chapter 93A, subjecting violators to consumer protection remedies

Amends Chapter 112, Section 2D of the Massachusetts General Laws
