Amends Chapter 93K of Massachusetts General Laws by replacing subsections (g) and (h) with a new subsection (g) regarding motor vehicle telematics disclosure requirements

Directs the Attorney General to establish a standardized motor vehicle telematics system notice that manufacturers must include in owner's manuals beginning with model year 2026 vehicles

Required notice must explain what motor vehicle telematics is, describe the mechanical data collected/stored/transmitted, and inform owners they can access vehicle data via mobile device

Owners must be informed of their right to authorize independent repair facilities to access vehicle mechanical data for diagnostics, repair, and maintenance purposes
