Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) would be authorized to provide sewer services through the town of Walpole to a 3.07-acre property in Sharon at the intersection of Route One-General Edwards Highway and High Plain Street

Sewer discharges from the property are capped at 10,000 gallons per day unless the Authority approves additional volume

Lang's Century Services (or its nominee, successor, or assignee), which holds the purchase contract for the property, must pay all engineering, design, construction, and tie-in costs as well as an entrance fee to MWRA

Connection requires approval from MWRA's board of directors, the community of origin, transporting community (Walpole), all applicable local and state regulatory bodies, and MWRA's advisory board

Act takes effect upon passage
