Expands the short-term housing bridge pilot program (established in Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024) statewide to provide interim housing assistance for adults 60 years of age or older at risk of eviction

Eligible households must have incomes at or below 80% of area median income, reside in Massachusetts, and face eviction due to inability to consistently pay rent

Participating households cannot be required to pay more than 30% of their monthly adjusted income toward rent, mortgage, or other housing costs

Creates a steering committee chaired by the Secretary of Housing and Livable Communities, including representatives from aging services agencies, the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, legislative committees, and three older adults who have experienced housing instability

Requires annual reports to the governor and legislature by December 31, with recommendations for statewide implementation; authorizes performance-based contracts with older adult serving agencies subject to appropriation
