Expands the Town of Weston select board from 3 members to 5 members, with all members serving 3-year staggered terms

Requires voter approval through a special election held not less than 35 days after the act's effective date

If approved by voters, two new select board positions would appear on the 2026 annual town election ballot—one for a 3-year term and one for a 2-year term

The select board retains authority as the chief executive officer and policy-making body of the town with all powers vested in boards of selectmen under Massachusetts General Laws

Local approval from the town has already been received prior to filing with the General Court
