Amends Chapter 271 of the Acts of 1933 governing Milford's representative town meeting nomination process

New candidates for town meeting member must file nomination papers signed by at least 10 voters from their precinct, with no political designation, at least 35 days before the election

Incumbent town meeting members may seek reelection without filing nomination papers by simply providing written notice to the town clerk at least 30 days before the election

The simplified reelection process does not apply to members who moved between precincts, were redistricted, or filled vacancies

Takes effect upon passage; has received local approval from the Town of Milford
