Recall elections must be held 60-90 days after petition certification, with the recall requiring both a majority vote and turnout exceeding 80% of the most recent annual election participation

Prohibits recall petitions within 6 months of an officer taking office or within 6 months of term's end, and bars recalled or resigned officials from town office for 3 years
