Authorizes the town of Hudson to grant 1 additional off-premises wine and malt beverage license to Hudson Hives LLC at 45 Main Street, Suite 203, notwithstanding standard quota limits in Chapter 138, Section 17

License is non-transferable to other locations but may be granted to a new applicant at the same address if they demonstrate good standing with the Department of Revenue and Department of Unemployment Assistance

If the license is terminated, cancelled, revoked, or not renewed, it must be returned to the licensing authority, which has 3 years to grant it to a new applicant at the same location before it dissolves

License must be initially issued within 3 years of the act's effective date

Takes effect upon passage; has received local approval from the town of Hudson
