Amends Chapter 137, Section 10 of Massachusetts General Laws to allow organizations licensed to conduct beano to sell "digital pull tab tickets" in addition to traditional lottery tickets and shares

Digital pull tab ticket sales must occur only on the licensed organization's premises, with proceeds used exclusively for educational, charitable, or religious purposes

10 percent of the resale value of digital pull tab tickets shall revert to the state lottery commission

Licensed organizations may retain up to 30 percent gross profit on ticket sales and must pay out prizes of at least 45 percent of resale value

Revenue from digital pull tab ticket sales will be credited to the State Lottery and Gaming Fund, distributed according to Chapter 58, Section 18C
