Creates a 15-member Vocational Admissions Task Force to examine Chapter 74 admissions policies, data collection on admissions and waitlists, and enforcement standards

Task force membership includes legislative chairs from education and labor committees, minority party appointees, the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, and representatives from vocational education organizations (MAVA, AVTE, MassCTE, MASC, MASS, MARS, MMA)

First meeting required within 60 days of passage, with at least one public hearing and a final report due within 12 months

Prohibits the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education from amending Chapter 74 admissions regulations or policies until the task force report is completed

Any regulatory or enforcement action on Chapter 74 admissions taken by the Department between March 12, 2025 and the report's release would be deemed a violation of the act
