Requires the department to establish standard procedures for pharmacists to test, screen, and initiate treatment for these qualified health conditions

Permits pharmacists to use CLIA-waived tests and established statewide screening protocols for clinical decision-making

Allows pharmacists to delegate administrative and technical testing tasks to pharmacy technicians under their supervision

Prohibits health benefit plans from denying reimbursement for pharmacist services that would be covered if performed by a physician, advanced practice nurse, or physician assistant; requires insurers and pharmacy benefit managers to develop provider and consult codes for pharmacy compensation
