Coverage continues until the infant is discharged or the mother stops pumping breastmilk, with the pump required to be provided within 24 hours of maternal hospital discharge

Mandates coverage for replacement parts (connectors, valves, tubing, backflow protectors, flanges), breast milk storage bags, and microwave sterilization bags

Requires coverage for initial assessment, instruction, and fitting by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), plus ongoing support and refitting as needed

Defines "multi-user breast pump" with specific technical standards including closed system operation, suction power of 0-300 mmHg, multiphase cycling capability, and electric (not battery-only) power
