Directs the commission to investigate the feasibility and anticipated cost of constructing and maintaining a statewide evidence storage facility

Mandates review of procedures for hazardous material storage, biological/DNA evidence protection, security protocols, and training of evidence personnel

Report due to the governor and legislature by March 31, 2026, with recommendations for standardized guidelines and any proposed legislative changes
