Requires the Department of Correction to establish a sick leave bank for Aayden Daniels, an employee of the department

Allows any Department of Correction employee to voluntarily contribute one or more sick, personal, or vacation days to the bank for Daniels' use

Restricts use of banked leave to absences related to the specific illness or disability that necessitated the bank's creation

Transfers any remaining time to the extended illness leave bank if Daniels terminates employment or requests to dissolve the sick leave bank

Declared an emergency law to take effect immediately rather than on a deferred schedule
