Amends Chapter 176O of the General Laws to add Section 31, protecting entities participating in the federal 340B drug discount program (42 U.S.C. § 256b) from discriminatory practices by pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs)

Prohibits PBMs from reimbursing 340B covered entities at lower rates than non-340B entities for the same drug, or assessing fees, charge-backs, or adjustments based on 340B participation

Bars PBMs from restricting pharmacy or provider network participation based on 340B status, or requiring 340B entities to contract with specific pharmacies to access networks

Prevents PBMs from requiring 340B drug identifiers on claims unless the claim involves Medicaid payment

Protects patients from higher copays, additional fees, or benefit limitations when obtaining drugs from 340B entities, and prohibits PBMs from steering patients away from 340B pharmacies through inducements or financial incentives
