Prevents PBMs from restricting pharmacy network participation based on 340B status or requiring 340B entities to contract with specific pharmacies

Bars PBMs from requiring claims to identify drugs as 340B drugs (except for Medicaid claims)

Prohibits imposing higher copays, coinsurance, or other penalties on patients who obtain drugs from 340B covered entities

Protects patient choice by banning inducement, steering, or financial incentives designed to direct patients away from 340B pharmacies
