Covers tractors, trailers, combines, sprayers, balers, and other farm/ranch equipment, but excludes highway vehicles, off-highway vehicles, watercraft, snowmobiles, aircraft, and irrigation equipment

Mandates manufacturers provide access to reset electronic security locks or security functions disabled during repairs, through appropriate secure release systems

Shields manufacturers and equipment dealers from liability for faulty repairs performed by independent repair providers or owners, including equipment damage and consequential damages

Voids any contract provisions that waive or limit manufacturer obligations under the law, while preserving existing warranty and recall repair arrangements between manufacturers and authorized repair providers
