Expands Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) to cover living organ donors, bone marrow transplant donors, and blood donors for procedures, medical tests, surgeries, and recovery time

Living organ donors may receive up to 30 days of paid medical leave per benefit year

Bone marrow transplant donors may receive up to 5 days of paid medical leave per benefit year

Blood donors may receive up to 4 hours of paid leave, a maximum of 5 times per benefit year

Eliminates the standard 7-calendar day waiting period for medical leave taken for organ, bone marrow, or blood donation
